**Job Description Summary**
This role will serve as lead on Critical Environment, Mission Critical and Infrastructure project and programmatic solutions for clients. This role partners with our Americas GOS Platform & PDS Leadership to advance our subject matter expertise & capabilities to deliver projects and programs in this sector. Position partners with Markets projects teams delivering services and/or pursuing new opportunities. They also must work as a liaison between employee’s company departments, 3rd party partners, and client to ensure the incorporation and communication of all aspects affecting the successful delivery of services. In partnership with the Project & Development Services leadership team, primary goal is to champion cross-business working in the best interests of clients, colleagues, Cushman & Wakefield, external stakeholders and the wider community with professionalism and integrity to deliver win-win solutions.
**Job Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Partners with Account and PDS Market Leaders, Operations, Marketing, and other service line leaders to champion the creation of business development and operational plans for Critical Environments PDS service delivery
+ Serves as the PDS Platform subject matter expert to analyse existing operational models, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives and recommend opportunities for advancement of Critical Environments PDS service delivery.
+ Responsible for marketing the successes and abilities of the Data Centers Platform, PDS to the external client stakeholders and internal service lines.
+ Assists in the creation and implementation of standards for delivery, risk management and implementing quality assurance process to ensure risk is clearly identified and well managed.
+ Communicates best practices & case studies with high impact, clear targets, measurable outcomes, and likelihood of successful implementation.
+ Enhance client/stakeholder insight by gathering information from clients and project teams; assisting in the delivery of initiatives to deliver outstanding client service and improve client/stakeholder advocacy and use it to shape Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Support & lead business development activity for Data Centers, PDS, ensuring alignment with service line strategies through identification and cultivation of internal and external client relationships
+ Manages complex initiatives that may span across multiple business lines and markets.
**Metrics**
+ Contributes through the overall implementation of strategic direction of the Data Centers and Advanced Technologies service offering
+ Demonstrates subject matter expertise in the development and completion of Critical Environments project types.
+ Acts as the trusted business advisor and strategic partner by the clients both internally and externally.
+ In partnership with the Managing Director, PDS Data Centers and the PDS Americas Platform Lead, support the sourcing, presenting and securing of new business for Data Centers and Advanced Technologies
**BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines. Advanced degrees are desirable.
+ 7 to 15+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the data center, advanced technologies, clean environments, research and/or other mission critical type industries.
+ 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.
+ General Contractors License, PMP and LEED Certificates preferred.
+ Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable).
+ Demonstrated experience managing projects varying in size including strategic planning, demolition, facility conversions, new construction and interior fit out.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 182,750.00 - $215,000.00
