Director, Benefits & Compensation
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)

A Boston-based client is conducting a search for a Director, Benefits & Compensation to manage both compensation and benefits strategy and day to day program operations, in partnership with the broader HR team. They are looking for a strong total rewards professional to oversee annual processes including open enrollment, merit & bonus cycles, as well as lead a small team and partner closely with company leadership to keep programs competitive.
