Manage a unified corporate narrative for Walmart, ensuring message consistency across global platforms
Create a world-class executive speaker bureau and speaker training program that enables our company’s most visible spokespersons to deliver company messaging in ways that are powerful and authentic.
Collaborate with teammates across the Global Communications team to help our company’s leaders prepare speakers for major internal and company-wide events. This will include 1:1 coaching for speakers, workshopping writing and messaging live while rehearsing, and partnering with other communications leads to tailor writing for our leaders.
Facilitate communication workshops for key teams across the company, with content ranging from delivering powerfully, rhetoric, speaking persuasively, training on the use of teleprompters, voice, gestures, stage movement, and more. Workshops might range from 60 minutes to all-day, and audiences may range from 10 to 100.
Help uplevel our communications teammates by delivering train-the-trainer workshops that teach executive communications skillsets.

Coaching and training executives to deliver powerful speeches and presentations.
Serving as a strategic communications counselor to senior Walmart leaders.
Uplevelling Walmart events by coaching speakers to represent themselves and the company under a unified corporate narrative.
Being a collaborative partner across the Global Communications team, teaching and supporting our internal team to be stronger executive communicators.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
