Director, Clinical Applications - PET/NUC MED
Job Description SummaryThe Director, Clinical Applications (DCA) will manage and develop a local team of clinical applications specialists within the PET/NUC MED modality. The DCA will create an environment to achieve extraordinary customer educational outcomes: continuous lifecycle value, success management and standardization. They will provide inclusive leadership to empower everyday confidence within their Clinical Application Specialists team. The individual will be a thought leader who effectively communicates and drives growth across the PET/NUC MED modality. They will have a strong partnership with the region and PET/NUC MED segment leadership teams to build a culture of collaboration and results.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Champion positive leadership by coaching direct reports to support individual growth and long-term career development

Model and mentor leadership behaviors rooted in humility, transparency, and strategic focus across the Applications team

Own daily operations for training delivery, including financial oversight, productivity management, and scheduling for assigned team members

Drive business results and build strong customer partnerships across assigned geography

Develop collaborative commercial relationships at regional and segment levels, serving as the clinical Applications interface to foster account community strength, retention, and profitable growth

Lead inclusive communication practices and facilitate best practice sharing across teams and throughout the Imaging business

Build CAS (Clinical Applications Specialist) competency, advancing clinical specialization and instilling everyday confidence

Motivate and energize the CAS team by increasing customer-facing opportunities through optimized balance of onsite and virtual training, and driving continuous process improvements

Foster a culture of belonging, supporting organizational stability and reducing attrition through meaningful engagement

Promote a safety-first and quality-driven mindset, ensuring adherence to QMS and EHS policies and procedures across the team

Provide strategic support for care alliances and fleet deals, maximizing Imaging win rates across USCAN

Qualifications

Must reside within a major airport hub

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent

Willingness to travel 30% within the specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on business needs.

Experience within PET/NUC MED or CT or Diagnostic Imaging

Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships, and ability to manage business performance metrics.

Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.

Solid problem-solving skills (enterprise mindset, ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).

Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport. Act with optimism, humility, and hustle. Demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality to drive change management.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
