Director of Category Strategy & Insights (West) - In this role, you will lead a team in setting the category growth agenda for our West & Midwest customers (Target, Meijer, HyVee, Costco, Stater Bros, Savemart, Raley’s and others), with the goal of delivering insights-led category solutions that deliver sustainable growth for Mondelez and our customer partners.

You will:

Lead creation and execution of category vision & strategy for the WestDrive influence and category thought leadership at the customer, becoming a preferred partner for shopper insights and category growth solutions across total snackingLeverage customer specific tools and data to create compelling category selling storiesExcellence in execution: lead development and execution of assortment and shelving strategies that deliver growthLead and develop a team of category managers to bring our vision to life

The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
