Position Summary...As the Director of Business Operations and Enablement, you will lead the design and execution of innovative strategies that advance Health & Wellness business objectives. Leveraging data-driven insights, operational expertise, and project leadership, you will drive digital engagement, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable value. Your work will enhance digital platforms and empower teams to achieve strategic and operational goals. This role reports to the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Operations and is based in Bentonville, AR.

Leverage AI and emerging technologies to advance the Health & Wellness mission, optimizing operations, enhancing customer experiences, and unlocking new opportunities for growth and efficiency. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in innovation and strategic leadership, with a track record of driving transformative initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Demonstrated success in developing and deploying strategies within complex, matrixed environments, balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders. Extensive experience leading large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and operational excellence. Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders, define priorities, and build consensus across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment. Background in strategy consulting highly preferred, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Executive presence and confidence in delivering high-impact presentations to senior leadership, influencing decisions and shaping organizational priorities. Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver innovative approaches and measurable results. Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to advance organizational goals, optimize operations, and unlock new growth opportunities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
