As the Director of Business Analytics & Product Development, you will serve as a strategic enterprise leader responsible for transforming how Mondelēz International leverages data and analytics across global functions and business units. You will lead an ambitious enterprise-wide program to automate and deliver comprehensive tools, including portals, scorecards and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making at every level of our organization.
In close partnership with Technology leadership and global business stakeholders, you will orchestrate the design, development, and deployment of a world-class business intelligence ecosystem and create a ‘single source of truth’. Leading a high-performing PMO team, you will ensure seamless delivery of analytics solutions while engaging with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and regional teams to embed insights into strategic business decisions.
You will play a critical role in influencing C-suite executives and building organizational capability to harness the power of data for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
Enterprise Analytics Strategy & Vision
Define and own the multi-year roadmap for enterprise-wide ‘single source of truth’ across all functions and business units.
Ensure strategic alignment between analytics initiatives and business priorities, embedding a forward-looking, impact-driven analytics agenda that supports Mondelēz International's growth objectives.
Drive standardization and harmonization of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics across global operations.
PMO Leadership & Program Management
Lead and manage a global PMO team responsible for delivering complex, multi-functional analytics programs on time and within budget.
Establish robust governance frameworks, project methodologies, and quality standards for all enterprise analytics initiatives.
Orchestrate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between business stakeholders, Technology teams, and analytics specialists.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new dashboards and scorecard solutions across the organization.
Business Intelligence Platform Delivery
Collaborate closely with Global Technology teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable business intelligence platforms and automation solutions.
Ensure BI solutions meet the requirements of stakeholders across the organization.
Integrate advanced analytics capabilities and self-service functionality to empower business users with real-time insights.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), Management Leadership Team (MLT), Global Function Heads, and Business Unit General Managers.
Lead executive-level presentations and strategic forums to communicate analytics insights, program progress, and business impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across all functions to ensure analytics solutions meet evolving business needs.
Champion data-driven culture transformation through executive engagement and organizational capability building.
Performance Management & Business Impact
Develop and implement comprehensive performance measurement frameworks to track the business impact of analytics initiatives.
Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business narratives for senior leadership consumption.
Establish standardized reporting cadences and governance processes for enterprise scorecards and dashboards.
Drive continuous improvement in data quality, analytics accuracy, and user satisfaction across all BI solutions.
Organizational Development & Team Leadership
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global team of PMO professionals, business analysts, and analytics specialists.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in analytics delivery and stakeholder service.
Build organizational capability through training programs, best practice sharing, and knowledge management initiatives.
What will you bring to the team:
Education:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Analytics. MBA or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred
Experience
10-15+ years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence function, or 7-10+ years of Management Consulting experience
Experience in Product Development and Data Management
A background in consulting, product development or shared services delivery models is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide PMO functions and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Demonstrated success in building and deploying scalable business intelligence solutions (dashboards, scorecards, automated reporting) across global organizations.
Experience with leading BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) and data visualization technologies preferred.
Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships in matrixed organizations.
Exceptional track record of influencing and presenting to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
Experience in driving organizational change management and digital transformation initiatives.

Deep expertise in product development, including ‘agile’ tools, and enterprise program management.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technology requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
Exceptional executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence and inspire confidence among senior business leaders.

The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
