What Your Day Looks Like (Responsibilities) As Direct Support Professional at Abound Health, you will apply your nursing skills in a supportive community setting while gaining experience that strengthens your clinical career: Community Integration and Client Empowerment + Build trusting, positive relationships and align individual needs with their goals. + Act as a passionate advocate, empowering individuals to advocate for themselves. + Identify opportunities for greater independence in work-related tasks.
