As a Direct Support Professional, you will be an essential part of the team supporting individuals in their daily lives, fostering independence, and promoting community engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Location: Minong, WI

Pay Range: $16+ Depending on Experience

Shift: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend required

What's the Job?

Provide individual assistance to support full participation in community activities Assist with daily cares such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Ensure the safety, health, and welfare of each individual in care Help with medication passing and maintain accurate documentation Transport individuals and support community outings and activities

What's Needed?

Experience in medical patient care or related fields preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed care plans and routines Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and observing individuals' rights
