### Job Duties PFF provides residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities living in residential and community settings. Employees provide supervision, teach basic living skills, and transport clients to community activities. All training provided. Valid driver's license required and must be approved by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier; Must be 18 years of age and pass a MN Criminal Background Study. Applicants need to have good judgement and exceptional abilities providing therapeutic guidance to the individuals served while promoting independence in their lives and in the community.
