Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Tuesday through Thursday from 06:45am to 07:00pm)The Dip Line Operator supports the production of medical devices by operating dip-coating equipment used to apply coatings to device components. This role requires strict attention to quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
1st Shift - Tues-Thurs - 6:45a-7:00p - $17/hour
3rd Shift - Mon-Thurs - 6:45p-7:00a - $18/hour
Overtime as needed.
Dip Line Associate Qualifications:
Minimum 3 months of manufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to work efficiently in a fast?paced, high?volume environmentStrong attention to detail to ensure consistent coating quality and proper part handlingCandidates will be required to demonstrate job-related tasks during interviews, including:Moving boxesStrength testing with resistance bands (bagging/dipping departments)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
