Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Dining Room Manager to lead restaurant and catering operations at White Horse Village, a distinguished continuing care retirement community set amid the beautiful countryside of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.

 

We’re looking for a hospitality-driven professional with strong front-of-house leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and training staff. A background in a country club or fine dining setting is highly preferred.  Typical shift is 10:00am - 7:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care. 

What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day front of house operations for the on-site restaurants and catering;

manage catering billing and coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction;

manage a front-of-house team of approximately 50 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism;

deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and resident dining operations;achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests;

ensure Sodexo standards are met.  What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
