We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Coordination Intern to join our Public Sector team in Brussels. As an intern in the Digital Transformation Programme you will be responsible for supporting the Programme in various tasks aimed at coordinating the programme. Your role will involve assisting in writing reports, create presentation, providing support in the documentation technical processes. You will work closely with both the Programme manager and the Technical team. **Your role:** + Assist in planning, tracking, and updating project timelines and deliverables + Support team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks + Maintain documentation for project scope, updates, and risks in tools such as JIRA + Communicate with stakeholders + Support project managers with coordination and scheduling of project activities + Analyse project-related data to gather requirements and feedback for decision-making + Provide technical assistance within an IT Digital Transformation Programme + Help ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations through structured documentation and reporting + Project Management: Supporting project managers with documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks, as well as analysing data to gather requirements and feedback to guide project directions.
