Job Description
Identify and implement process improvements to increase the organization's agility and competitiveness by applying best practices in project management and operational excellence, and complying with applicable procedures and regulations. Projects may involve continuous improvement, cost reduction, automation, digital transformation, or other initiatives related to the Factory of the Future or required by the plant.
Main Responsibilities
Process Improvement and Optimization:Lead execution of projects assigned by the Factory of the Future programDesign work plans for successful implementation of Factory of the Future projectsAnalyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunitiesCoordinate and execute optimization projects as assignedConduct tests and experiments to validate improvements, using design of experiments, statistical analysis, and digital toolsDocumentation and Regulatory Compliance:Prepare technical documentation for regulatory changesMaintain records based on historical data, research, and field studiesEHS (Environment, Health, and Safety):Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS policiesImplement strategies, internal controls, and training to improve EHS performanceActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environmentCollaboration and Leadership:Coordinate with internal teams and AbbVie’s external network to execute projectsApply principles of project management and operational excellenceQualifications
EDUCATIONBachelor's or Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production, Industrial Design Engineering, or related fieldPreferred: Master's degree or certifications in continuous improvement, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or similarEnglish proficiency B2 (C1 preferred)EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years in manufacturing, process engineering, project management, or similar environmentsSKILLS Excellence in executionResponsibility and sense of ownershipAnalytical problem solvingAdaptabilityOTHERS Passport and VISA (nice to have)
