Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a DT Lead Intelligent Content Generation who is strategic, pragmatic hands‑on, and quality‑driven to join us in our Patient Evidence and Digital Technology team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead the vision, design, implementation and day‑to‑day operation of a global capability that creates regulatory and formal clinical documents using structured, modular, and fully governed content. Your work will ensure every data point is traceable, changes are propagated seamlessly, and documents remain accurate and inspection‑ready. You will architect and own the platforms that support content models, templates, authoring, collaboration, lineage, and change management while introducing automation and generative artificial intelligence to accelerate quality and speed. You will partner across clinical development, data, governance, and quality to embed compliance by design and deliver frequent, tangible value to authors and reviewers.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with clinical authors, statisticians, medical writers, data and governance leaders, and quality assurance partners. You will engage with process owners across development, manufacturing and supply, and safety to align on content standards, templates, metadata, and ownership. You will also work with product and platform engineers, external technology partners, and managed service providers to deliver reliable solutions and great user experiences. Your network will include senior stakeholders who rely on clear communication, practical influence, and transparent decision‑making.
What you’ll do
• Set the vision and roadmap for intelligent, modular content creation; deliver value in frequent, quarterly releases
• Own the structured content architecture and platforms; evaluate technologies and ensure interoperability with enterprise principles
• Design and integrate automation, including generative artificial intelligence, for drafting, consistency checks, change propagation, and module selection
• Build partnerships with authors, data, governance, and quality leaders; capture requirements and influence direction
• Lead delivery, budgeting, and vendor management; run operations with robust documentation, service levels and support
• Embed compliance by design; achieve inspection readiness, support audits, and drive adoption through change management
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Proven leadership of structured or modular content authoring and component content management, from architecture to operations
• Hands‑on experience applying automation and generative artificial intelligence to document creation, governance, and integrity
• Deep knowledge of clinical development and regulated environments; strong grasp of data integrity and computer system validation
• Program and project management expertise, including budgeting, resourcing, planning, and delivery in complex settings
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to translate between technical and non‑technical audiences
• Change‑agent mindset; comfortable with ambiguity, switching between strategy and detail, and driving measurable impact
