Digital Technology Expert - Veeva Platform Connectors

We are looking for a Digital Technology Expert– Veeva Platform Connectors who is curious, collaborative, and delivery focused to join us in our Clinical and Patient Evidence Technology team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium. 

  

About the role  

In this global role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ownership of connectors across the Veeva platform and related systems, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant data flows between Veeva Vaults and the wider Patient Evidence ecosystem. You will drive integration projects that connect clinical, safety, regulatory, and medical processes, architect scalable solutions, and improve data quality and transparency across the trial lifecycle. You will champion automation and artificial intelligence–supported validation, while aligning solutions with our digital transformation goals. The role is based in Brussels with limited travel for one or two conferences in Europe; fluency in English is required. 

Who you’ll work with 

You will be working in a team that values positive energy, clear roadmaps, and practical delivery. You will collaborate with the Veeva platform owner, clinical operations, patient safety, regulatory affairs, medical teams, data governance, and enterprise technology. You will also partner with Veeva and other technology vendors, and with integration of engineers and solution architects to plan, build, and deploy connectors. Day to day, you will engage stakeholders, coordinate cross functional efforts, and translate needs into reliable interfaces that improve how data moves across our ecosystem. 

What you’ll do 

Lead design and lifecycle of Veeva connectors and integrations across clinical, safety, regulatory, medical and quality systems Translate business needs into integration roadmaps and deliver projects on time, securely and compliantly Oversee data flows between platforms, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and strong metadata practices Partner with platform owners, vendors and engineering teams to build, test and deploy reliable interfaces Define and apply data governance standards and access controls across all integration points Document solutions, coach users and coordinate continuous improvements using automation and modern integration approaches Ensure solutions comply with Good Practice regulations, privacy law, and internal security policies 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; advanced degrees welcome Five or more years in digital technology roles; three or more years integrating Veeva Vault or comparable platforms Strong experience with Application Programming Interfaces, integration frameworks, and enterprise data flows Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and other Good Practice regulations; experience in regulated life sciences environments Solid understanding of privacy law, including the General Data Protection Regulation, and secure data exchange Proven ability to lead cross functional projects and manage vendor relationships Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problesolving skills in global settings Fluent English required; additional European languages appreciated are nice to have
