Digital & Tech Mgmt VP Job ID 219022 Posted 12-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) New York City - New York - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Vice President, you will support the development and execution of robust digital strategies that will drive the company's growth and success. This job is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job function. They are responsible for overseeing the implementation of new digital e-business options. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop and execute PMs Data Strategy and relevant go-to-market plan. + Manage PMs Data Strategy, including the development, productization and monetization of the offering in + collaboration with PM D&T, Business Transformation and strategic third-party partners. + Build, manage and oversee the PM data warehouse (PMDM) and all associated data quality, assurance, + governance, ontology, ingress/egress, enrichment, submission/onboarding, transmission, processing and + visualization/consumption of data within the PM environment. + Provide real world and real time value of data and insights for the PM operational teams (and clients) via + dashboards, reports, benchmarks, and other insights either OOTB or through a scalable, self-service + mechanisms. + Partner with D&T, Research and Business Transformation to create a unique marketplace/ecosystem of + Data benchmarks, across identified categories (i.e.: Opex, Capex, Valuation, Tenant Health etc.). + Work collaboratively with the Sales/BD and Market Leaders on relevant strategic pursuits, including + pipeline, pitch, solutioning and proposal management where Data is a differentiator. + Maintain and foster relationships with PM/IPMs largest strategic clients, including the development of data + needs analysis, thought leadership, pitches/proposals/demonstrations for said clients relating to + Data/Insights & Intelligence. + Maintain and foster mutually beneficial and respectful relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly + PM Market Leads, PM’s, FM’s, Client Care/Services, BD, GWS, Workplace and Brokerage – and where + possible leverage existing internal technology solutions applied to the PM environment, especially tools + like Ellis AI, Dimension, Vantage Analytics etc.. + Work collaboratively with the PM business, PM D&T and Business Transformation team on the feasibility + of new product and service development as well as new sector/market entry and monetization. + Manage and work collaboratively with strategic external partners core to the PM Data service offering, + including the management of any POC/MVPs for Data. + Create a culture of knowledge sharing globally as well as cross-regional collaboration with CBRE PM + Client Care/BD for the continuous improvement of our client relationships and sales growth. + Demonstrate a disciplined approach to details and administration **What You’ll Need:** + 15+ years of experience in digital advisory, consulting, sales and business development. + 10+ years of experience in real estate, client services, business development, and P&L management. + Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent, professional training, and/or certifications. + Strategic planning skills (understanding business goals, strategic plans, metrics, and challenges; + collaborating on solutions). + Proactive, communicative, organized, collaborative, and personable with a track record of working + successfully across teams and within teams. + Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. + Extensive experience in partner management. ROLE DETAILS This position will be based in either New York, Dallas, or Chicago as well as work occasionally in a remote or client environment. Local and international travel expectations are up to 20%. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $299,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $342,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
