**About the role**
As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Manager, focusing on the design, development, support, and administration of basic applications.
Handles key processes and relationships, with matrix management for select functions. Will not handle direct reports initially but may grow into direct management in the future.
This job is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job function. They are responsible for supervising the implementation of new digital e-business options.
**What you’ll do**
+ Manage key processes across the organization, leading conversations with Collaborators.
+ Complete the organization's digital strategy and handle the digital roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
+ Collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with the company's technology infrastructure.
+ Track and report the performance of department initiatives.
+ Document procedures and standards and identify where procedures are not aligned with business or audit standard controls.
+ Provide tiered digital & technology support for end users. Solve technical problems such as application performance issues or network connectivity problems.
+ Research application development, infrastructure, or service standards.
+ Identify and tackle technical and operational problems.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
+ Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ Ability to troubleshoot client systems and technologies and provide technology solutions.
+ Understanding of software development and how software connects.
+ Ability to create software using low code/no code tools (SmartSheet, PowerShell, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc).
+ InfoSec principals.
+ Understanding of the basics of data feeds and SSO.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive
