As the Vice President, Digital Shopping Lead within the Consumer Bank Becoming a Customer team, you will promote strategic initiatives from strategy through delivery. You will be at the forefront of developing innovative strategies, optimizing omni-channel shopping experiences, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results that align with Consumer Bank business goals.
Job responsibilities
Develop strategy for and lead digital initiatives in support of new deposit account and customer acquisition by improving shopping experiences, increasing traffic and conversion. Key initiatives include:
Re-imagine the shopping experience and leverage personalization, helpful tools, and ‘better together’ recommendations to drive multi-product origination
Develop, prioritize, and oversee best-in-class test and learn roadmap to drive measurable shopping flow improvements
Develop landing page strategies that improve performance
Optimize product page navigation and the digital marketplace ecosystem
Lead end-to-end customer journey experiences for new product launches
Be a customer advocate – champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels
Obtain deep understanding of the needs of customers across all segments
Partner with Analytics and Digital teams to understand end-to-end digital performance – across traffic, engagement, conversion and account/customer quality metrics
Lead an indirect cross-functional team (Program Managers, Analytics, Digital, Direct Marketing and Technology/Product) in support of digital conversion opportunities – staying focused on scale and profitability while minimizing operational complexityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics or Finance
7+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital conversion strategies and innovationExcels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlinesStrong analytical, problem solving and planning skillsDevelops strong partnerships; recognized as a team playerProven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve resultsSkilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organizationExperienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts and expected returnsComfortable with continuously changing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal presentation skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
