 Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesDevelops, articulates, and executes clear product requirements that align with customer needs and business goals; Translates strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliverablesConducts in-depth product analysis using robust data insights; Tracks key metrics, identifies trends, and informs strategic decisions through advanced SQL querying, RDBMS expertise, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)Authors detailed requirements (Jira Deliverables, Epics, Stories), captures process flows, and documents user pain points to inform product enhancementsDesigns and solutions new features, analyzes data models, assesses upstream/downstream impacts, and support configuration/customization changes in tools as neededTests new features to ensure product quality, with a focus on data integrity and reliabilityLeads daily Scrum calls and product refinement sessions, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills; Engages with stakeholders to share user insights, identifies new product opportunities, and drives consensus through data-driven analysisPartners with UX, development, QA, and release management teams to drive user-centric design, process improvements, and successful product deliveryReviews and translates text and documentation in English and Spanish

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processes Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; creative thinker and problem solverAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies (including Kanban), with experience leading product activities from discovery to deliveryProficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, and experience writing Jira epics and user stories for agile product developmentDemonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, with a solid background in testing, release management, and driving improvements in product deliveryExcellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple projects, meeting both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines Excellent oral and written communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management; ability to synthesize large amounts of information, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior managementAbility to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, processes and data trendsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a relatedProficiency is speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish
