Are you a digital sales powerhouse ready to drive transformational revenue growth? We're seeking an exceptional Digital Sales professional to develop and implement new business strategies that maximize revenue from our premier digital advertising products. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with sales leadership and local station teams across the country to identify, cultivate, and close high-value opportunities nationally, while ensuring every campaign delivers measurable success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Drive new digital revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing major accounts for local stations
Collaborate with Directors of Sales and other sales managers to achieve assigned revenue objectives across multiple markets
Focus on monthly, quarterly, and annual digital sales goals, with a sole emphasis on new business growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that leverage Scripps' diverse product offerings, audience insights, and emerging market trends
Serve as the subject matter expert for digital products, new business strategies, and industry best practices
Establish processes for working with local sales teams to manage new business pipeline for Scripps digital products
Interpret market research and advertiser data to create compelling proposals and presentations
Deliver flawless campaign execution and maintain strong advertiser relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
Provide market intelligence on competitive activity and recommend strategies to increase market share

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience
Generally, 10+ years of experience in related field preferred
Up to 50% travel - Regular travel to station markets for business development, training, and client engagement
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Established portfolio and ability to expand portfolio of major advertiser and agency relationships strongly preferred
Exceptional closing skills and ability to secure high-value new business digital deals
Superior knowledge of digital products and performance-based advertising strategies
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving team success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret and leverage analytics to influence sales outcomes
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting/CRM tools
