 Project CoordinatorRole OverviewWe are seeking a Project / Medical Affairs Coordinator to support the Medical Affairs, Project Management, and Commercial teams within our IberoAmerica division. This role will contribute to the development of medical content, scientific strategies, and educational and promotional initiatives for pharmaceutical clients, working in a dynamic, international environmentKey Responsibilities Medical Content & StrategyContribute to the development of medical and scientific content, including medical writing for articles, marketing materials, and digital platformsSupport the creation and execution of medical strategies aligned with client and regulatory requirementsProject ExecutionSupport the implementation of online and offline projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholdersAssist in managing timelines, deliverables, and project documentationMedical Communications & EventsCoordinate with medical experts, key opinion leaders, and institutions for the organization of medical and scientific events in Brazil and internationallyCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Medical Affairs and Project Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsQualificationsEducationDegree or academic background in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related fieldExperienceProven experience in writing and reviewing medical or scientific contentExperience in project management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or agency environmentSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical industry trendsProficiency in project management tools (Wrike preferred) and advanced MS Office skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skills with clients and the medical communityLanguagesFluency in Brazilian Portuguese (required)Spanish and English highly desirableAdditional InformationWillingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
