Digital Products Head Latam

The Digital enabler and implementations Head is responsible for leading all digital business enabled implementations. S/He will be in charge of all project management for the digital business in the region, securing an effective implementation of all digital projects, articulating major areas (operations, IT, LOBs, claims) as well as communicating and managing expectations for key stakeholders

 

Key Responsibilities

Setting Product Vision and Strategy: Defining the long-term direction of the product, its value proposition, and how it aligns with the company's overall goals. 

Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding customer needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring the product meets their requirements at every stage of development. 

 Product Roadmap and Prioritization: Building and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements, and balancing short-term needs with long-term vision. 

Team Leadership and Development: Recruiting, managing, and mentoring product and project managers

Collaboration and Communication: Working with cross-functional teams (IT/OPS, LOBs, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless product execution and communication. 

Market Research and Analysis:

Conducting market research, identifying trends, and analyzing the competitive landscape to inform product decisions. 

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilizing data analytics and KPIs to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

 

 

Key Competencies (knowledge and abilities required to perform a role effectively, comprising skills, competencies and behaviors)

Business acumen, data driven approach*

Digital – IT implementation experience *

Insurance key processes knowledge 

+5 years' experience in afiliates management

IT Consulting background

            Accreditations 

Business degree / engineering major
