As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main Responsibilities:** + Own product "What" and "Why" – managing multiple (2+) product modules in parallel with each their respective roadmaps + Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis + Lead cross-functional collaboration – Drive engagement across a 10+ person (internal / external) product team, setting the priorities, and building a high-performing culture + Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, launching new product and AI capabilities quarterly with measurable business outcomes + Work with Agile Coach and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues + Inspire team with unique vision - Launch new AI capabilities annually with measurable business outcomes + Be accountable to value-based business case, as defined in partnership with Product Line Owner and Business Sponsors, in $Ms / year + Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments, in 20+ stakeholder level environments **About You** You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company.
