Digital Press Operator

Our client, a well-established commercial print production company, is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join their team. As a Digital Press Operator, you will be part of the Digital Print Department, supporting the Production and Prepress Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage production deadlines, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Digital Press Operator
**Location: T** onawanda, NY
**Pay Range:** $18–30/hour (based on experience)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Operate digital presses (e.g., Konica Minolta, Xerox, HP) to meet production goals
+ Maintain print quality and color consistency across jobs
+ Load/unload paper stock and monitor output quality
+ Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues
+ Communicate with production, customer service, and sales to meet deadlines
**What’s Needed?**
+ **Must have digital press operating experience**
+ Experience with digital press systems (color and B/W)
+ Ability to use print controller/RIP software preferred
+ Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. and standing for shift duration
+ Able to follow written instructions in English required
+ Knowledge of print workflows and basic computer skills (Windows/Mac)
