You dive into process analysis, identifying where outdated workflows slow us down. By mid-morning, you’re brainstorming with business partners, deciding which improvements will deliver the biggest impact. In the afternoon, you’re hands-on—designing a Mendix low-code app or configuring an unattended bot to automate repetitive tasks. You’ll work in a collaborative, forward-thinking team culture that values innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + **Process Analysis & Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies and obsolete processes within logistics, warehousing, technical clarification, and spare parts analysis workflows. Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. + **Solution Design & Development:** Lead the creation of tailored applications using Mendix low-code platform and implement automation solutions (e.g., unattended bots) to streamline operations. + **Strategic Decision-Making:** Collaborate with business partners to evaluate improvement opportunities and decide on the most impactful solutions. + **Project Leadership:** Manage end-to-end development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of new solutions. **What You Bring** + 3-5 years of experience in **application development** and **digital transformation projects** . + Strong knowledge of **low-code platforms** (preferably Mendix). + Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including practical application of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and/or Python, enabling customization and development of digital solutions. + Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and support digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. + Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, unattended bots). + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Travel up to 10% both domestic and international. + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
