Job Summary:
As an Assistant Vice President in the Digital Client Support team, you will enhance organizational efficiency and deliver outstanding client service. You will collaborate with Technology, Product, and Business teams, utilizing data insights to recommend solutions for improving Client Experience. Acting as a liaison between product management and internal communications, you will work cross-functionally to achieve team objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing a vision and roadmap for initiatives.Continuously assess business challenges and recommend strategies.Support proprietary applications for various clients.Provide client service support for VIP/top-tier clients.Offer technical support for JP Morgan Markets portal applications.Apply Design Thinking and customer-centric problem-solving.Contribute to scalable solutions for client needs.Support simple process changes and create team artifacts.Utilize data and analytics for product development.Conduct analysis and user interviews to identify needs.Prepare and present data-driven recommendations.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
