The Role’s Objective:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of performance, and understands that modern marketing is both creative and analytical.

This role is designed for someone who can manage multiple projects, own specific digital channels, and optimize performance through testing, data, and strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ideas and turn them into structured, high-performing marketing systems that support growth, conversion, and brand consistency.

This is a results-oriented role focused on channel ownership, optimization, and measurable improvement.
 
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
 Own and manage digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, content, and/or web)Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platformsCreate and oversee high-quality digital content, graphics, and short-form videoOptimize messaging, CTAs, and content for conversion and engagementSupport SEO strategy, content optimization, and organic growthLaunch and manage A/B tests and performance experimentsTrack analytics, monitor performance metrics, and create performance reportsUse AI tools to improve efficiency, output, and scalabilityCollaborate on promotions, campaigns, and growth initiativesEnsure brand consistency across all digital platformsManage multiple projects while maintaining quality, organization, and deadlinesSupport broader marketing initiatives including launches, campaigns, and growth efforts 
To Thrive in this role, you will have:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experienceStrong understanding of branding and digital strategyExperience with graphic design and video editingComfort working with analytics, reporting, and performance metricsFamiliarity with SEO best practices and content optimizationUnderstanding of online conversions and funnel strategyExperience using AI tools in marketing workflowsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with consistency and focusGrowth mindset with a strong desire for learning and improvementData-driven, experimental, and performance-focused thinking
