Universal Technical Institute is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital media campaigns aimed at driving student recruitment. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of paid social, paid search, and online video.

 

Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Takes the lead on finalizing many of the details prior to plan launch, and ensures that media plans are implemented properly, and run smoothly in-market.Ensures all sourcing and ad tracking details are properly in place with external agency partners as well as with our internal CRM system and Google Analytics implementation.Works directly with copywriters and graphic designers as needed, to assist in the creation of advertising materials for various digital media platforms.Coordinate the set-up of video assets with the agency for deployment of online video campaigns to attract potential students.Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to meet student recruitment goals.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the institute remains competitive in the digital landscape. Strives to build UTI’s internal expertise in key media channels through building knowledge over time – is inquisitive and strives to learn more about how each channel works best for UTI and its related brands.Socializes media plan analysis and results to Marketing Department team members on an ongoing basis.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.2 years+ experience in similar role preferred.Previous agency experience is a plus but not required.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.Proficiency with paid social advertising, paid search, and online video platforms.Understanding and experience in Workfront project management a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Environment
