We are looking for a for someone who can plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue, especially within a B2B2C environment. This role involves hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and strategic support to the Head of Digital in research, planning, and media execution.

Support the Head of Digital by conducting market research and audience insights to inform digital strategy and media planning.

Assist in the development and refinement of digital media plans, ensuring optimal media mix and budget allocation based on research findings.

Provide media support including campaign scheduling, coordination with media vendors/agencies, and monitoring media spend and performance to maximize effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams (category, commercial excellence, e-com) to align full-funnel marketing activities with business goals.

Monitor and report on multi-channel marketing analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Support in developing and implementing performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and meet KPIs like Reach, Views, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates for full funnel execution.

Conduct audience research and segmentation to deliver personalized messaging and offers.

Analyze campaign data and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and optimize campaigns continuously.

Support the team in project update compilation for monthly reviews.

Lead the Content Governance and work closely with internal/agency content leads for both Media & Ecom if required.

Lead the Social Blueprint activation and partner with Global team for any ad hoc Digital needs

Hands On social campaign activation skills in all the social media platforms

Media admin governance support is required for this role in aligning reporting, finance and other needed areas.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

6-8 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce performance marketing.

Proven expertise in managing SEM, paid social campaigns, and KOL/affiliate marketing.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, Line, WA and Google Ads including CPAS.

Experience with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with the ASIA market is advantageous.

Agency background is welcomed.
