The Role:
Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for making a difference? Oxfam GB is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid digital activity and help drive growth, engagement and income.
In this key role, you’ll plan, implement, optimise, and report on paid digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms (Google, Meta etc) — reaching new and existing audiences with powerful content that supports Oxfam’s mission. Working across teams, you’ll deliver effective multi-channel strategies that inspire action, generate leads, and maximise revenue.
If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, have a strong track record in paid digital media, excel in retail campaigns, have great technical and commercial knowledge, and want your work to create real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
Experience of managing digital marketing channels and working across multiple disciplines such as paid search, biddable display, paid social, performance and direct partnerships to agreed measurable KPIs Excellent project management, budget management and communication skills, to enable collaborative working across teams and able to exert influence across these areas Proven ability of using web analytics, tag management solutions and adserving technologies to track digital activity, achieve results and deliver insight Keen eye for detail when it comes to setting up and optimizing online retail media campaigns in order to fulfil commercial targets. Demonstrable organisational and planning skills in a cross-team environment, and ability to influence at a senior level. Proven ability to think conceptually, creatively and analytically, working with varied budgets of both large and smaller sizes.
