Summary

 

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our owned digital ecosystem and digital performance capabilities across North America. This role is responsible for driving discoverability, optimization, and conversion across brand websites while ensuring our digital foundations are ready for the next evolution of commerce, including AI-powered and agent-driven shopping experiences.

Owned Digital Ecosystem & Website Performance

Own the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of brand websitesLead agentic commerce optimization initiativesLead Shopify-based site enhancements and integrationsPartner with IT, UX, and external vendors to improve performance and conversion

Search & Discoverability (SEO)

Lead SEO strategy including technical and on-page optimizationPartner with agencies on keyword strategy and site healthOptimize sites for search engines and AI-driven discovery

Measurement & Analytics

Own GA4 implementation and governanceEstablish KPIs and dashboardsTranslate data into actionable insights

Paid Digital Media Oversight

Oversee paid digital media in partnership with agenciesAlign media strategies to campaign outcomes and goalsLead test-and-learn initiativesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5–7 years of digital marketing experienceStrong expertise in SEO, GA4, and ShopifyStrong understanding of performance marketing, social platforms, web content strategy, and SEO.Experience managing cross-channel campaigns with external media and creative agencies.Proven ability to analyze digital performance data and translate into actionable insights.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CMS platforms.Some travel required (up to 15%) within Canada and the USA3 days per week on-site required
