Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist-CRO focus

Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-centric CRO Specialist to drive the conversion rate optimization strategy and roadmap for our digital platform. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute strategies to optimize the full digital customer journey, from initial awareness to final conversion. You will be instrumental in identifying friction points, reducing bounce rates, shortening the path to purchase, and significantly increasing overall website performance through rigorous data analysis, systematic experimentation, and continuous iteration.

ResponsibilitiesDefine, build, and manage the end-to-end execution of a comprehensive CRO strategy for each stage of the user journey: awareness, consideration, intent, and conversion.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, IT, Creative, and Product teams to optimize existing landing pages, user flows, and product pages to increase engagement.Conduct in-depth analysis and continuous monitoring of page performance and user behavior across all critical site landing pages, generating data-driven hypotheses that inform strategic decisions.Drive continuous performance improvement through the development and active management of a dynamic experimentation roadmap aligned to both short-term wins and long-term strategic opportunities.Support the definition, development, and implementation of efficient web optimization and experimentation processes that enhance overall team productivity and effectiveness.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing technologies, and user experience best practices.Essential Skills4-8 years of experience in CRO, UX strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.Proven track record of using data and insights to drive strategic requirements, generate innovative ideas, and develop effective optimization strategies.Hands-on experience using web tools including CMS, A/B testing platforms, site analytics, and business intelligence tools.Adept at leading all phases of hypothesis-driven A/B testing, including experiment design, execution, and analysis of results.Solid understanding of behavioral psychology principles, user-centered design, UX methodologies, and funnel optimization tactics.Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret statistically sound A/B and multivariate tests.Strong understanding of how CRO strategies integrate with broader digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid acquisition, and content marketing initiatives.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Highly effective communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Leadership and/or C-Suite executives.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of front-end development HTML/CSS/JS and Contentful is a plus.Experience in fast-paced environments such as SaaS, e-commerce, or DTC.Experience reducing checkout abandonment or increasing lead conversion for multi-step forms.Knowledge of dynamic personalization capabilities and segmentation strategies based on user behavior.Work Environment

The position offers a flexible work environment with options for onsite or hybrid arrangements, working Monday to Friday. The team is responsible for managing and developing the company's online presence, driving digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. The workspace is designed to support collaboration and engagement with customers online, driving the success of the direct-to-consumer sales model.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.00/hr.
