Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant 

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Marketing Assistant who will assist in conveying a brand image consistent with our omnichannel marketing program. The role focuses on attracting customers by encouraging traffic and sales through effective online marketing strategies. Reporting to the E-Commerce Digital Marketing and Media Manager, the associate will play a pivotal role in merchandising website categories and optimizing the online customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in merchandising website categories and updating the website to maximize page conversion and sales.Collaborate to develop and implement effective E-Commerce digital marketing strategies for sustainable sales growth.Produce new ad campaigns from conception to delivery while interfacing with internal staff on operational and technical aspects.Provide strategic vision for web optimization to enhance user experience.Increase engagement and brand awareness through regular social media posts.Present new ideas for digital marketing strategies consistent with overall brand strategies.Apply best internet practices for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends.Explore new products or enhancements to improve site experience and generate revenue.Monitor social media channels for performance and engage with users appropriately.Work independently within company policies, exercising judgment in routine and non-routine situations.Consult with supervisor on policy matters and deviations from normal procedures.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, or marketing in an e-commerce environment.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with HTML, email marketing, and administrative support.Understanding of web analytics software and SEO.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding project schedules and tight deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or digital marketing is preferred.One year of experience or internship in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, and/or marketing in an e-commerce environment.Demonstrated proficiency working with digital applications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
