Digital Marketing Analyst III

Summary: We’re seeking a AEO Analyst to drive organic growth across emerging AI‑powered answer platforms and traditional search engines.

This role blends advanced technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO), on-page optimization, and performance analytics with a forward-looking emphasis on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM-based discovery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and validating technical SEO and AEO strategies—partnering with content, web, marketing, IT, and analytics teams to improve crawl efficiency, entity understanding, and answer-level visibility across both classic and generative search experiences.

Roles & Responsibility:

Technical SEO

Own ongoing technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, rendering and Core Web Vitals.Identify issues and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for web implementation teams. Analyze server logs and crawl data to diagnose indexation, rendering, and crawl issues.Collaborate with developers to implement QA and validate SEO fixes.Manage and optimize advanced structured data (e.g., FAQ, How-to, Article, Medical/Organization where relevant) and Schema markup to support rich results and AI interpretation.Evaluate internal linking and information architecture through an entity-first and topic-cluster lens.Monitor site health trends and proactively surface technical risks and opportunities that impact both rankings and AI answer inclusion.

AEO / LLM Optimization

Implement AEO / GEO strategies to improve inclusion, accuracy, and attribution in AI-powered answer engines and LLM-driven search results.Optimize content for discoverability and accuracy within AI‑powered answer engines and LLM‑driven search results.Apply best practices for schema, structured content, FAQs, summaries, semantic structure and authoritative signals.Audit how AI platforms (e.g., generative search experiences, AI assistants) retrieve, summarize, and attribute site content, and translate findings into optimization actions.Stay informed on evolving AEO, generative search, and AI content interpretation trends.Help define and iterate internal AEO/GEO standards, playbooks, QA criteria and optimization standards.

On‑Page SEO (Hands‑On Execution)

Lead page‑level SEO optimization efforts across templates and individual pages.Ensure pages are optimized for both ranking performance and answer extraction by AI systems.Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to inform content optimization.Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure.Partner with content teams to guide SEO‑driven edits, refreshes, and new fabulous, content creation.Ensure pages are optimized for both ranking performance and answer‑readiness.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze organic search performance using Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and third‑party SEO tools.Track rankings, traffic quality, engagement, and conversion impact from AEO and SEO efforts.Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.Translate data into optimization insights and prioritize work based on performance impact.Support experimentation and measurement of SEO and AEO initiatives over time.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with demonstrated technical implementation and on‑page ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with JavaScript SEO, CMS platforms, or large‑scale websites.Experience collaborating with engineering and content teams in agile environments.Understanding of content strategy, semantic SEO, and search intent modeling.Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Conductor.Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly changing search landscape.

Skills & Competencies Required

Proven experience with technical SEO diagnostics (crawl analysis, indexation issues, structured data validation).Experience implementing or supporting AEO / GEO strategiesProven experience using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Conductor, SEMrush, Moz, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).Ability to independently manage SEO deliverables and timelines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑SEO stakeholders.
