 As a WM Intern, you won't be sitting on the sidelines, you'll be in the mix. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real projects that make an impact for WM. You'll get to explore upcoming technologies and participate in ongoing intiatives to learn how things work behind the scenes, and help WM drive purpose in everything we do. Whether you're diving into data, pitching ideas, or helping make things run smoother, what you do will matter—and we want to hear what you think.  II. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understand fundamental parts of the problem.Understand WM Digital technology landscape and best practices in SDLCConducting research, analysis, proof of concepts as defined using emerging technologies within landscape. Demonstrate the result of research, proof of concepts to larger audienceUses problem solving skills to determine problems and understand fundamental parts of the problemUnderstand WM Digital technology landscape and best practices in SDLCConducting research, analysis, proof of concepts as defined using emerging technologies within landscape. Demonstrate the result of research, proof of concepts to larger audienceUses problem solving skills to determine problems and understand fundamental parts of the problemConducts analysis as directed, and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detailAble to be flexible and adapt to changing situations while remaining positiveAbility to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative team environmentProficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Please note that you’re not expected to do any travel in relation to your work.
 III. Qualifications A. Required QualificationsInterns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship. B. Preferred Qualifications
