岗位职责（Responsibilities）参与公司智能化、数字化转型的规划与落地实施，重点支持业务流程与生产流程的数字化建设。
负责OA办公自动化及业务流程自动化的设计、开发与优化，包括但不限于流程梳理、自动化实现与持续改进。
基于 Python、Power Apps / Power Automate 等工具，开发和维护数字化应用与自动化解决方案，提升业务效率。
主导或参与数字化流程搭建，包括流程梳理、系统对接、数据流设计及文档输出。
协助开展员工数字化能力培养，包括工具培训、流程使用指导和数字化意识提升。
持续关注新数字化工具及技术趋势，为公司智能化升级提供建议和支持。
任职资格（Requirements）软件工程、计算机科学等相关学历
具备较强的数字化与自动化能力，有OA自动化、流程自动化或低代码平台实施经验者优先。
熟悉 Python 开发，能够用于数据处理、流程自动化或系统集成。
熟悉或有 Power Apps / Power Automate（Power Platform） 使用或开发经验者优先。
具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够将业务需求转化为数字化解决方案。
学习能力强，具备一定的项目意识和持续改进思维。
此岗位面向27年毕业的研究生优先或者可以实习1年左右实习生优先
