The role is required to design end to end digital and instructor led training (ILT) to CX staff and leaders, onshore and offshore, through blended learning.

+ Design custom interactive and engaging online and blended learning solutions including short animations for a variety of topics that meet Manulife design quality and brand standards
+ Apply instructional design theories and best practice, keeping up to date with L&D trends and develop innovative ideas for online resources
+ Designthe evaluation of all learning solutions to ensure they drive business performance and deliver return on investment
+ Responsible forthedigitaldesign elementsof projects, creating an amazing employee learning experience throughout
+ Creating gold standarddigitaldeliverables that always represent the employee’s best interests, and exceed the company expectations, whetheryou’recreating e-learning, digital resources or short animations
+ Continually develop and createnew ideasand solutions fordigitallearning content and learning channels
+ Support with the design of learning campaigns,communicationsand collateral
+ Responsible for thedigitaldesign of all learning content to the requiredManulifestandards
+ Work at the required pace to design world class learning experiences
+ Provide support to theDigitalExperienceConsultantwhenrequiredon storyboarding
+ Utilize a variety ofdigitalauthoring and design software to develop e-learning modules

+ Develop,analyzeand challenge learning aims andobjectives, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMES) to designdigitalsolutions that align with these
+ Engage with internal stakeholders and Learning Business Partners to executedigital learningprojects
**Job Requirement** **(Knowledge, Skills & Competencies)** **:**
+ Extensive experience as a Digital Learning Designer with a sound understanding of learning theories and their application in Learning Design
+ Instructional design experience and proventrack recordof creating both online and blended Learning solutions for corporate employees
+ Exceptional writing / storyboarding skills and outstanding attention to detail
+ Strong technical understanding of delivering digital learning
+ Broad experience and accomplishment in using a range of content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise,Adobe creative suite, and Microsoft products. Also, be familiar with SCORM / HTML5 publishing to LMS systems
+ Design capability and experience including videography, graphicdesignand web design
+ A willingness to learn, explore and constantly bringnew ideasto the table
+ Financial services experience is an asset
+ Experience working with reinforcement tools such asAxonifyis also an asset
+ Strong communicationskills – interacting confidently and building relationships across all areas of the organization
+ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances
+ Energy to work as a self-starter, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-sited team
