Our client, a leader in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Digital Engineer to join their team. As a Digital Engineer, you will be part of the technology team supporting innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eagerness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Digital Engineer
**Location:** Salisbury, NC
**Pay Range:** $27 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Support deploying digital platforms and tools in North America's factories.
+ Assist in the deployment of Smart Factory or MES systems.
+ Contribute to training operators on using digital tools effectively.
+ Help update master data on SAP and Smart Factory.
+ Participate in software testing and provide valuable feedback.
**What's Needed?**
+ BS Degree in Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
+ Students in their last year of undergraduate or master's degree programs are encouraged to apply.
+ Interest in working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with coding in Python or Visual Basic is preferred.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
