Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer
Job Description Who will you be working with? You will collaborate with IT, Communications, and business stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions that improve employee experience. This role partners with project teams to support change management and ensure smooth technology rollouts, while working closely with internal teams to align initiatives and share insights. --- How will you make a difference? As a Digital User Experience Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance the digital employee experience across the enterprise. You will leverage Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms such as Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and improve end-user productivity, satisfaction, and engagement with workplace technologies. --- What do we want to know about you? Required: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. · 5+ years of experience in IT, digital workplace engineering, or end-user computing environments. · Proven experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Lakeside SysTrack, 1E Tachyon, Aternity). · Strong understanding of end-user computing environments (Windows, M365, Teams, SharePoint). · Experience in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Nexthink dashboards). · Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, scripting languages like PowerShell). · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: · Master’s degree in Information Systems or Technology Management. · Certifications in Nexthink or similar DEX platforms. · Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) and ITIL for service management. · Familiarity with employee sentiment analysis and proactive remediation strategies. --- What will your typical day look like? · Design and refine user-centric digital solutions for intuitive workflows. · Deploy and configure Nexthink or similar DEX platforms to monitor device health and application performance. · Analyze telemetry and behavioral data to identify friction points and proactively improve digital workflows. · Develop automated remediation scripts and workflows to resolve common end-user issues. · Create dashboards and reports on digital experience KPIs (device performance, app usage, sentiment scores). · Implement self-service solutions and proactive notifications to enhance user productivity. · Collaborate with IT, Communications, and business stakeholders to align initiatives and support technology rollouts. --- Work Environment Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to be in a seated position for long periods of time.
