Digital Education Leader MRI DACH (f/m/d)
Job Description SummaryThis key position in our Imaging Team for Magnetic Resonance Imaging in DACH is responsible for driving digital clinical education for Germany as well as for Switzerland and Austria.

Location: Home-based within the DACH region with minimal travel across the region.

Job DescriptionYour responsibilities:

Re-Imagine Education:Lead the Get Ready regional strategy in close collaboration with Zone Education Manager and CES team.Participate in the Start Me Up phase of customer training – this includes working closely with the Regional Connectivity Leader to set-up and demo AppsLinq/ iLinq.Lead the Make Me an Expert phase of customer training by proactively running remote sessions.Support the creation, sales & marketing of existing and new Education credits packages.Apply all relevant SOPs.

WeConnect Ambassador:Be the WeConnect Ambassador, promoting the website, encouraging registration and customer participation/use of the tools. Work with the ZEM to market and train the regional internal teams.Lead, prioritize, & structure the content development for your region.Develop content (videos, presentations, webinars, customer curricula) using the latest tools.If requested, define and run « Live Expert Session » (webinars) for customers. Organize them with Key Opinion Leaders.Moderate the user community on WeConnect.com and lead one or several user groups.Participate in on-site activities necessary to keep expertise and develop customer intimacy to engage KOL in Education initiatives.

NPI:In collaboration with the Training Leader and Zone Clinical Leader participate in the NPI deployment process.Gain expertise in NPI and develop customer facing material.Provide in-depth presentation and demonstration to the user for specific Products & Services.

Remote Support:Lead the remote customer support in your region (A jobs) for MRI, PET-MR & AW (MR software) and oversee the plan if a CES OLA rotation is in place.Conduct high-quality Clinical Education online training & troubleshooting sessions to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE Healthcare equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.Pro-actively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant level in the organization.Provide mentoring and support remotely to your regional CES team where needed.Work closely and support the Service team with remote customer issues.Develop & deliver virtual classrooms.

Sales Support:Work with the Modality Manager & Sales team to identify customers’ needs and develop content to promote options and upgradesGenerate Leads on Installed Base (mainly through flex-trial & Remote training)When requested, provide support for congresses, road shows, exhibitions, and user meetings.

Qualifications / Required: 

You are a certified radiographer and have active professional clinical/technical certifications/ registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical environment in the mentioned regionYou have proven current clinical MR scanning experience and certifications on current GE HealthCare MR products/platformsYou have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programsYou have established project management as well as presentation skillsYou like to teach others and have proven teaching experience for at least 3 years, ideally on GE HealthCare MRI productsYou possess a valid driving license for the region, and are willing to travel (
