Job Description
As a Digital Document Services Analyst in Loans Operation, you'll provide support on a variety of initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying process gaps and areas for improvement, and developing the appropriate controls for each process. You'll support business partner deliverables, including documenting business requirements, documenting quality standards and demonstrating adherence to established procedures. You will also demonstrate an in-depth working knowledge of the entire Managed Account process.
Job responsibilities
Review and analyze legal documentation related to Loans product. Validate, extract and input key parameters into internal systems. Identify issues and coordinate with the relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set timeframe parameters. Work with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology, contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework. Take lead on process improvement and automation. Have a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that have impact on process or to the organization. Productivity and Quality will be the measure of performance for this role. Producing good quality work is therefore paramount to the success of the candidate in the organization.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's Degree (graduated or advanced student) 2+ years of experience in operational roles. Proficiency in MS office is a must. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global team and with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and "working-to-deadline" approach

Knowledge about Loans/Trade Finance/Collateral documents, its documentation management and understanding legal clauses under these agreements.
