Own event coverage. Build the contributor bench. Power the growth. What You’ll Do You will take primary ownership of event coverage staffing across Prep Network events, helping ensure each event is fully and effectively covered by the right contributors. You’ll manage and support a roster of approximately 50–75 scouts and contributors, building strong relationships, setting clear expectations, and reinforcing quality standards. You’ll coordinate contributor logistics, including travel support and payroll coordination, to keep coverage running smoothly and on budget. This role involves high-volume communication, coaching contributors toward strong performance, and addressing gaps quickly when they appear. You’ll assist with contributor interviews, onboarding, and ongoing engagement efforts such as newsletters and updates. You’ll also support select projects tied to our AAP product, including website and contributor performance analysis, certification initiatives, and plus-plan enhancements. By tracking coverage and contributor trends, you’ll help surface insights and ideas that improve execution and support subscription and revenue growth. If you’re a detail-driven coordinator who loves juggling moving parts, building strong relationships, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you’ll thrive in this role. If you communicate clearly, take ownership, and enjoy turning organized plans into real-world execution, you’ll crush it here.
