As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Communications, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Working specifically in the Digital Communications - Connect Area Product group, you will be primarily working with our Push and SMS last-mile delivery capabilities that deliver over 1B servicing communications for our Consumer and Community Bank customers annually.
Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager and APG team-members and quad partners to identify product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers, business and the market through user research, data & analytics and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new and updated product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of data, user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to informs the strategic product roadmap as well as provides insight and input into potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product development and agility metrics across the product development life cycle, including production performance of in-market product capabilities and usagePlay an active role in all stages of the product delivery lifecycle including: Writing the requirements, epics, and user stories, leading grooming and refinement sessions with scrum team, prioritize quarterly and sprint goals and objectives, participate in stand-ups to support progress against goals, oversee production deployments and performance. Own relevant product-specific control execution to mitigate regulatory and reputational riskpartners with 3-party providers that are integral to communication delivery to customer's personal digital devicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExperience with Software Delivery in a digital finctionPrior experience working with a scrum teamPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSolid proficiency in PowerPoint or similar presentation tools and tacticsExperience in digital products and/or digital communication services a plusStrong verbal and communication skills
