**Job title: Digital Asset Project Manager**
**Work type Hybrid from St Louis MO 63164**
**Contract on W2 (This is a contingent role for parental leave – 6 months, possibility for extensions)**

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Tools used - Microsoft Office, Share Points, One Drive, Word, Excel and Adobe.

**Responsibilities**
**Project & Process Management:**
+ Manage the monthly shoot calendar as per current associate specifications.
+ Assist Checkmark creatives teams to ensure the appropriate photographer/videographer partner is used for specific shoot.
+ Understand which partners are best suited for lifestyle human/animal shoots, vs. product shoots.
+ Acquire and review all partner estimates to ensure they are within scope and meet all Purina requirements. Upon review, forward estimates to creative teams for final review and approval.
+ Answer questions from media partners regarding shoots.
+ Understand when to loop in MRA for their input and assistance
+ Understand and interpret releases to ensure the correct releases are used
+ Ensure usage terms are completed correctly, sent and received in a timely manner before the shoot, and work with Purina legal should releases be changed.
+ Understand SAG requirements and, when required, collaborate with SAG representatives as it pertains to human talent usage rights.
+ Create and upload digital assets to the various databases being accessed by the creative and account teams.
+ Answer questions from any of the 100+ CheckMark associates regarding usage rights from previous shoots that may be reused.
+ Interpreting usage rights is critical.
+ If imagery from a previous shoot is used, and usage is not interpreted correctly, client may be financially liable, not only to a talent usage perspective, but also from any printed materials that may need to be destroyed, potentially including packaging at retail.
