From personalising customer journeys with data to perfecting our omnichannel experience (making sure online and in-store feel like one), you’ll be at the heart of our growth. This isn’t just any other graduate scheme; it’s a two-year journey through the core areas of omnichannel retailing. Depending on whether you join the Digital or Data team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in areas such as customer analytics, digital marketing, web development, loyalty, and CRM. All while helping us deliver the best experiences for millions of Screwfix customers.

Our Recruitment Process

Responsibilities

During your two-year programme, you’ll rotate through key areas of digital and data and develop skills to:

 

Harness the power of data – Analyse customer behaviour and digital performance to drive smarter decisions across the board.

 

Enhance customer journeys and experience – Optimise our website and app to create seamless experiences with projects that improve our digital experiences.

 

Learn digital marketing – Explore SEO, paid media, and content strategies that boost engagement and sales.

 

Experience loyalty and CRM – Help develop our loyalty proposition and learn all about email marketing.

 

Collaborate across teams – Work with tech, product, and marketing specialists to bring ideas to life.

 

This programme will challenge you, develop your digital and data expertise, and give you the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
