Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to menu plans and dietary guidelines.Follow physician-ordered diet restrictions and portion controls.Maintain kitchen sanitation standards per state and federal regulations.Ensure safe food handling, storage, and labeling.Assist with inventory, ordering, and stocking of food supplies.Collaborate with dietary aides and healthcare staff to meet resident needs.Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and food prep areas.

Education: High School
