Job Title: Dietary Aide – Full-Time and Part-Time – 11pm–7pm afternoon shift Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Company: Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center Join Our Day-Shift Dietary Team Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking reliable full-time and part-time Dietary Aides for our 11pm. – 7:00 pm afternoon shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare and senior living environment, supporting residents with their daily nutrition and dining experience. Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide + Assist with preparation and plating of meals and snacks for residents. + Serve food and beverages and/or assist residents during mealtimes in the dining room. + Work in the dish room as requested, including washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils. + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. + Assist Cooks with basic food preparation and portioning as needed. Mandatory Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Prior experience in quantity food preparation or food service preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus). Skills and Qualities + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team. + Solid work history with reliable attendance and punctuality. + Patience, understanding, and compassion for residents and their families. + Ability to follow instructions, maintain sanitation standards, and work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule and Job Type + 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. afternoon shift also has 3pm-7pm available + Full-time and part-time positions available. + Weekend and holiday rotations as required by the facility schedule.
