Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to repair and maintain various diesel vehicles across our plant. This role involves working with well-known brands such as Hyster-Yale, Hyundai, Komatsu, and International, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition to support our production goals.
ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain diesel vehicles across the plant.Input and manage data on the computer.Prioritize tasks to ensure production remains the top priority.Fabricate forms as needed.Work closely with the team to ensure seamless maintenance and operations.Essential SkillsMechanical expertise in diesel and engine repair.Experience with forklift and construction equipment maintenance.Proficiency in fabrication and welding.Knowledge of concrete, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsWelding proficiency.Forklift operation experience.Concrete construction experience.Military maintenance experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a precast concrete facility, primarily outdoors. The work schedule averages 50 hours per week, starting between 6:00am and 7:00am from Monday to Friday, with overtime as necessary.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Kansas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
