**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Apply documented procedures and policies to perform diagnostics and complex repairs.
+ Perform preventative maintenance based on engine assessments.
+ Complete required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
+ Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
+ Coach and develop technicians and/or apprentices, transferring knowledge and experience to others.
+ Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
+ Adhere to and ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

+ **Service Documentation:** Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information.
+ **Technical Escalation:** Obtain product technical issue information and utilize available resources for resolution.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
+ Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
+ Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
+ Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**Experience:**
+ Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
+ Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred).
